Joe Smith cares about the souls of pastors and ministry leaders. He served as the President for Strengthening the Church for over 15 years, where he spent his time investing in the leaders of local churches because he believes that the health of local churches is very closely tied to the health of its leaders. He recently finished a six year stint as an elder in his local church and currently serves as the Executive Director for Broken Strength, a ministry dedicated to helping men find a path to purity in their lives.

Joe is going to help us to evaluate our own personal health in ministry, share about common causes of unhealth in minsitry, and give us some practial steps to take toward increased health.
